Welcome to Carolinas Surety Association
The Carolinas Surety Association is affiliated with The Surety and Fidelity Association of America. The Carolina's Chapter was established in the mid 1970's, to promote the use of surety assurance within the Carolina's. The affiliate membership consists of Surety Companies registered to conduct business in North Carolina and South Carolina. The associate members consist of professional surety agents, consultants, attorneys and CPA's. Associate members are accepted based upon their level of professionalism and expertise within the surety industry.
Members can provide assistance with assessing local surety needs due to their :
- Knowledge of the Economics of the Local Construction Markets
- Current Understanding of recent Legislation effecting Surety Assurance
- Established Business Relationships within their Communities
